Bethesda Church Family:
On June 28, 2020 at 10 A.M. we will open the Fellowship Hall for a congregational worship service for all who are healthy and able to attend. We will sanitize the facility, fully control entrance and exit and maintain social distancing for the protection of all attending. Everyone has a responsibility in keeping our church family safe and healthy. If you are at higher risk for severe illness we recommend you consider not attending until the situation improves. The Center for Disease Control and Prevention guidance indicates people over 65 years or have underlying health conditions, people with lung disease, heart conditions, diabetes, kidney disease, liver disease, are severely obese or immunocompromised are at higher risk of severe illness related to COVID-19. If you decide you are able to attend please monitor your health and DO NOT ATTEND if you have a fever or chills, shortness of breath, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or runny nose, nausea or diarrhea.
The Fellowship Hall will open 15 minutes prior to worship and ushers will direct you to a seat. We strongly recommend wearing a 3 layer mask and these will be available for you if you prefer. We will not be engaging in close contact greetings, will not pass the offering plate, serve holy communion or sing as a congregation. This service will be abbreviated and will not include children church or children sermon and a nursery will not be provided.
Hebrews chapter 10 says we should not forsake gathering together but join together and encourage one another. This is our first step back to corporate worship, fellowship and service and ask you all to do your part so we can safely re-open
